These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Amersan's websites, applications, and services, including Maveon and Moments Studio. By using any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By accessing or using any Amersan product or service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and agree to these terms. If you are using our services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

Some of our services require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@amersan.co if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
For physical products ordered through Moments Studio, all transactions are processed securely via Stripe. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
All content, branding, software, and design elements on our platforms, including the Amersan name, logo, and product names, are the intellectual property of Amersan or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of this content without our prior written consent.
Content you create and add to our products (such as notes or saved moments) remains yours. By submitting content, you grant Amersan a limited licence to use it solely to provide the service.
Our products may contain links to or integrations with third-party services (such as maps, booking platforms, or payment processors). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amersan disclaims all warranties relating to our services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Amersan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
