These Terms explain how you may use Amersan's products and services, what you're responsible for, and what to expect from us.
By using any Amersan product or service — including Maveon and Maveon Studio — you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
You must be allowed to use the service under applicable law. If you are using our products on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our products for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
You keep ownership of content you add — favourites, notes, diary entries, photos, or uploads. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and process it only to operate and improve our products and provide features you request.
You are responsible for the content you upload and for ensuring you have the rights to use it, including images used for Maveon Studio products.
Our products, including trademarks, branding, UI, and code, are owned by Amersan or its licensors. Except for the licence above, no rights are granted. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our content without prior written consent.
Our products may rely on third-party services — for example, maps, search providers, analytics, crash reporting, or payment processors. Their own terms and policies apply to those services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Some features require payment — subscriptions, in-app purchases, or Maveon Studio orders. Prices and billing terms are shown at the time of purchase. Refunds and cancellations are handled according to the storefront or payment provider's policies, unless required otherwise by law.
The following applies specifically to physical product orders placed through Maveon Studio:
We aim to keep our products available, but uptime is not guaranteed. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of our services, and may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use means you accept updates.
You may stop using our products at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law.
Our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee accuracy of third-party data such as places, pricing, availability, or travel information, nor that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Amersan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data arising out of or related to your use of our services.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where you live, unless mandatory law requires a different approach.
